Next Up: Rochelle Jordan

Toronto native and Warner Brothers recording artist Rochelle Jordan is blazing new trails here in the good old US of A with an eclectic sound that seems to mix Sade's melodic zen with upbeat R&B tempos. Rochelle sounds like a 2011 implant from female duos like Zhane or one of the other 90's female R&B groups with a slighty similar sound- but the similarities end there. With lyrical adeptness and a go- get- it attitude (Jordan suffers from sickle cell anemia) Jordan is definitely next- up.
Rochelle's gentle soprano drifts from smooth tracks like the Jon Connor collabed "Sing" which is not one of her most recent tracks but certainly a favorite.

Angela Simmons stays camera ready and when there's a photo shoot, you know she's going to bring the hotness. Earlier this week, she tweeted shots of herself wearing a gorgeous textured gown and fur coat in the color of the season with the caption: "Pics coming soon! Holiday pictures for my fans :) my gift to you :) " and just like a present under the tree, the photos arrived Christmas morning.

It's been quite a number of years since some of the men in Black Hollywood who made our hearts melt and heads turn graced the big screens in a major film with a leading role.  Of course there are dapper gentlemen who exude sex appeal with great acting skills that we miss. In honor of that VIBE Vixen rounded up a few handsome men we would love to see grace the big screens once again!

Pretty Ricky is what they called him. From Boys In The Hood to The Best Man to The Brothers, Morris Chestnut kept us yearning for more. Beyond his effortless talent; his tall, dark and handsome physique kept our eyes on him in films in which we were envious of the lucky lady who had the opportunity to play his love interest.  And who can forget the looks he gave and that sexy move he did with his jaw. Girl, yes.
We'd love to see Morris grace the big screens once again as the lead actor in a dramatic role or a romantic comedy. But with talks of a sequel to The Best Man 12 years later, our wishes may just come true.
