Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition – Final DLC Fighter Luke is Out Today

Street Fighter 5: Champion Edition players that also own the Season 5 Character Pass will be receiving its fifth character today with Luke. As the final DLC character, Luke focuses on fast-hitting strikes that propel him forward. Check out the latest gameplay trailer below.

Along with a projectile attack in Sand Blaster, Luke is also equipped with Rising Rocket which provides anti-air defense along with launching foes. However, it’s his V-Skills and V-Triggers that are most unique. V-Skill 1 “Hard Shot” enables a charged version of “Flash Knuckle” immediately while V-Skill 2 “Suppressor” is a close-range blow to the body that serves as a counter for command grabs and throws. Luke is also the first character who gains V-Timer on dealing damage (and loses it upon taking damage).

Street Fighter 6 is currently rumored to be in development for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 with an announcement likely for next year (and Luke being an “important character”).
