Head to the academy in Mesagoza. After entering, go to the directory to choose a place to visit by heading to an inside door. When you do, you'll see the Nurse's Office is an option. What Kind of Reward Do You Get for Befriending Nurse Miriam in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

Miriam is an easy source of 10 Max Revives. These can come in exceptionally handy if you're about to challenge the Elite Four!

Coincidentally, you get these ten items after speaking with her four times after making progress in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Now, I only just discovered she was there after I'd already finished the Path of Legends and Starfall Street storylines. This meant I was able to finish off all four in quick succession. For the first two conversations, she'll be in her office. For the third, she'll be in the Entrance Hall on the first floor, just past the front desk near the staircase. The final conversation takes place in the Nurse's Office again and is when you'll get your reward for getting to know her.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available for the Nintendo Switch.
